Land sourcing – Various opportunities sourced directly or through our wide network of trusted land agents
Viability and Site Analysis – Site and planning constraints assessed, entry and exit strategies confirmed and all project cost risk evaluated and budgeted up front.
Land purchase – Both unconditional and conditional land purchases possible subject to viability and contract.
Design and Planning – In house architectural design, planning consultancy and strategic space planning with specialist external consultancy available if required.
Exit Strategy – Close oversight on sales and marketing, lease agreements and building management setup.

Services include, creation of management company/share issues, tenant management, oversight of building works management fee collections/accounting, review of existing property management strategy and general advice.
Asset management advice including site valuations and recommendations, lease structure and setup, remedials and dilapidations work, building maintenance and disposals.
