Contracts Exchanged in Sevenoaks

DevTec are pleased to announce that we have exchanged contracts on a site in Edenbridge. We're excited to update you with our progress - watch this space!


Field Trip to Scandia Hus

On July 21st, DevTec took a trip down to Scandia-Hus' business park in East Grinstead to take a look at two stunning show homes. Scandia-Hus offer their clients the opportunity to design and build their forever homes, either as a self-managed project or through a mains contractor.


The boys particularly liked the spiral wine cellar at The Mulberry!
