Offer Accepted Near Dorking
Our offer on a potential 4/5 unit scheme near Dorking was accepted earlier this month and both parties' solicitors have since been instructed. Updates to follow.
Sale Agreed In Sevenoaks
We've recently accepted an offer on a site with outline planning for 3 detached houses in Sevenoaks District Council.
Doggy Day Care
On June 24th, it was National Bring Your Dog To Work Day - an annual event that raises money for charities involved in animal welfare. Here at DevTec, we made a private donation to All Dogs Matter, who work to rescue and rehome stray dogs.
A very worthy cause to support, for sure. However, trying to get any work done with these cute troublemakers in the office was next to impossible!
